In such pandemic HDB has provides best service, inspite of working as per requirement receiving full salary & performance appraisal also. Executives & managers helps if we are facing any problems. Happy to be part of HDFC Bank (HDB).

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.the atmosphere is too good.i love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable and high quality products.

Compensation is decent but the work pressure is very high. Also there is no on job training for freshers.

1: They gives good bonus and that's the only good part of organisation. 2: If you are at higher position then loan benefits is best perk like home loan at 2.5%

1: Favouritism is the worst part 2: HR is like they didn't exist they rarely hear you 3: Management trying to do worst from their end 4: Just like other old organisation they only care about new joinee
