There is not much to like about this organisation. It is driven by few select leaders and limited people in their inner circles. The culture is horrible - "Babugiri" is still very much there, deeply ingrained. Even though you perform, if your bosses have chosen someone else to be promoted, you will just have to wait.

Dislikes

Everything. Horrible culture, pathetic bonus and increments. While senior leaders get most of the creme, the middle management level is most hardly hit. All restrictions apply to this unfortunate layer of middle management.

If you get a good cluster head.... he will understand the ground reality.. else you are screwed ..... branch head should do all bussiness for his staff

Unfair ratings and bonus Bonus and salary will never match the cost of efforts and stress taken by employee
