There is no work life balance. Work culture is very poor and toxic. Incremental and promotions are very less and that too on favouritism basis not on merits. They don’t know how to behave with female employees.

There is no work life balance and management is very bad and irrelevant targets are rolled out everyday and HR involvement is there regarding staff treatment and branch timings

Targets target and only target. No worklife balance and no great salary hike or something like that but if u want to work for salary only than its ok
