Compensation to responsibility is very poor Salary hike is a myth Can't use hdfc account or credit cards without getting audit for simplest of transactions There's no training activity or skill development programmes; you'll be given n role and they expect you to magically handle it.

Bank environment and culture is good and supervisor interact time by time for updation and revision in product and policies.

No compensation to internal staff. Only hires external staff with good hikes only

Vintage staff not getting salary correction as per market otherwise many left the service. Need to thing on salary revision of more than 10 year vintage staff. I am observing this since last 13 year and working on smaller package.
