Everything is dislike in this company after working here i plan not to work in any private company. Totally faimly life disturb, You can't take rest .senior management too duffer ,in this company only presure presure presure , only have target in this company if you will not achieve target they will screw you alot also and ask to leave ,after many years working exellent if you will not work in 1 day then also they screw alot , not security of jot there also work environment terrible, one labour is better then a officer You can't sleep in a night because of pressure.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Product, customer trust on bank and it's help you to work in bank , office collogue help for you work time , internal job switch option available and job security only on your performance.

As per work not provide the salary and time to time change the product and sales targets , with out intimation and taken consent the role and work , promotion not depends on you it's totally depends on the supervisor and higher supervisor if they want to give you pramotion for not.

I Was working with HDFC Bank Bangalore . My branch Manager was a bengali , Ch was also a bengali . They have created a hell like work culture . Main work of branch manager is to observe the pressure which is coming from CH. But in our case the bengali branch manager used to put employees infront of the Ch and Zh . He is not even fixing any clinet call for that also he will put employees infront of CH . And shout loudly infront of customers also ,... The bengali man is so selfish in his approach . Only thinking about themselve not about the situation of employee. He need everyone tobe active in 1st of month ... so pathetic.. most of relation managers are getting bald as they are not able to handle pressure. and having bp and other health issues .
