Work experience is good but salary growth is very poor. Bank has consider this point and many time female are not getting recognition in comparison of male in the Bank. So please consider on same.

Its worst bank there is not ever single point you can like about hdfc Hdfc only n only concern about target and bank profit....its doesn't value employees there health or personal life preference

...road side labor or worst then that Work environment is so pathetic and hectic Salary very less compare to other bank Growth is zero ( if u r person who high in manipulating people n if u do the things to make your manager happy then you can expect the growth ) Along with offer latter hdfc will give u dozen of illness which u never heard n come across in your life...and after u left hdfc illness will never left u One or the other hdfc staff are suffering from migran problem high of headache family problems disappointment n metal pressure that NO one can survive
