Due to the bulk hiring incompetent get overlook. Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow.

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.
