Great experience had with HDB financial services, everything is good.... Working system was nice they really giving proper training & taking huddles everyday, salary package is also good

Dislikes

Incentive structure is very difficult, & timing was too bad which is 9: 30- 8:00

They give appraisals every year, good work environment, after achievement targets initiative for going outside local location or out of state

Salary and appraisal is good but career growth is too slow.

Had a good experience in the case of learning. Training sessions were good.. Teammates were very supportive. The best part of that organisation was our supervisor Anil Chauhan who is the best leader..

Compensation was very poor.. The work pressure is very as according to salary.

Teammates & supervisors were vry supportive, moreover, there were timely training sessions held by TQMs to enhance the role & skills of each & every individual & to guide them in serving their best to the organisation

Dislikes

higher management wasnt supportive, complaints were not being listened or solved on time, low salary package, poor system & no innovations, were not being paid to work on a non-working day & over-time, strict working hours, not being allowed for any break, work & personal life highly impacted

Daily you will get new task..motivational team manager.they celebrate every festival..team outing ,food party , birthday party celebration .. success party ...all this happened.

Dislikes

Working hours ....give salary for 9 hours only ..but need to work 13-12 hours
