Work life balance is poor. Since COVID working for around 10-12 hours. No flexibility for WFH. WFH is only for sr. Management. Leave policies. No training or skill development programs

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
