Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The supervisors are pathetic, immense pressure given by SMs, ASMs & salary paid is also as per Market standards, salary is kept on hold if Targets are not achieved. And incentives are also not paid on time.

Dislikes

Everything, from salary to work culture of the company.

Enhanced my communication skills and my confidence level how to attend customers without getting panic yeah that's all about my working experience in HDB

Dislikes

The basic salary They were giving 16500 initial 6 months and after that were giving 13500.

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

I was working in third party pay roll in Hdfc bank Ltd hdfc bank work culture was good but as third party staff promotion or bonus and increment was not good.

Dislikes

Salary was very lower and incremental, bonus or promotion is not sure and not confirmed yet.
