But if you posting home location remember system branch not your home location. If you stay rented for job ..... then end of the month 1k in your hand. Company policy good for Customers not for employees. Seniors are there individually customers, your sm or bm only provide you negative case which is kill your whole year. Bcz Senior never take responsibility, all responsibility for so/sso .... If customers fault to EMI this response also your!

Customers policy good. Employees policy third class. Remember one thing we employees move a company to sky. HDB financial services company third class for employees policy.

Good work experience and good environment culture.Our seniors were supportive and the managment is transparent...Company policies are good but its a very challenging.... Thank you!

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global clients base. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I work 14-18hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have take back my suggestions most of times. I do receive appreciation email s from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Also, there is no on job training for fresher, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step -by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Dislikes

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Just people being a fresher or a 8yrs+ experience people are valued then also freshers are also get their valued getting less after their 1st increment (1-1.5yrs) after joining the company

i work in the experience for 2-3 year's but the salary was very low in the period of time..... In case i work in some other company they gave me expected salary....
