No increment . same salary to all . 5 year senior caller got tl posion the have monthly salary 15 k what a growth 👏. Other company will give that salary to fresher

M working hdb financial services 6 year but my Salary nd new joining a same no increment same time my family issue that's time I takne general leave but very deficult to take leave going manege hr to approve shift time it's 9 to 60but this system loging 9 to 7 after 20 date of month

nothing to like,so kindly you can add this lines into dislike section.don't hdb no leaves,they ask early login (8:00),late logout (19:00), if employee late to office supervisor and managers behave very rude .if late again you get only halfday count.

...ed process and month end extra workload in office but no extra pay for overtime. Salary is okey for freshers. No Diwali bonus to anyone. Career growth is very slow.1 month training for new joiners.
