I love to be a part of HDB financial services, and the quality products that gives clients satisfaction . Also allow me to know new technology and innovation which make me to keep updating myself everytime . Teammates are good and helpful each other. One thing which I like the most is that , I get the chance to learn about banking products and services rendered by bank. It's build up my relationship with clients in the market . Incentive structure is best for employees.

Work pressure is very high and salary is very less and we are not providing any travel allowance but we have to travel to from one place to other places to meet our targets . Increment of salary is not up to the expectations . We are not allow to access any system but we have to depend on others to do our jobs done sometimes it takes so much time to get the work done.

Job secured for a standard term with lesser business. Overall maximum loans disbursement after login with minimum documentation and -cibil also.

No Work life balance, poor salary, bad behaviors from managers each and every time,groupism.No thankful behavior for hardwork.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.

Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team
