...ait too long for pramotion due to very high competition and less requirements. Salary is average you don't get very well appraisal.

I am here from last one year and working as a BDR in branch banking. Here is a good policy of team work which helps a lot whenever we depressed from sales pressure our team member motivetes and support us. Overall this is a good plateform for giving a start.

...career growth if you work with full efficiency and perfectly for minimum 5 year. Next to salary ..that is a good point .... it's totally depends on your mentor that how is his/her nature. If your mentor is a little responsible then there is a little chance to get your complete and on time otherwise no one here to listen about your problem. They only want business and productivity. The biggest thing is that you won't have any contact with your HR, even working from last 1 year i don't have my HR's contact.

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

The one of the worst part is freshers salary package. Salary’s startup is very low in the industry. I requested you to please improve this

I was working in third party pay roll in Hdfc bank Ltd hdfc bank work culture was good but as third party staff promotion or bonus and increment was not good.

Salary was very lower and incremental, bonus or promotion is not sure and not confirmed yet.
