...e... They will never supports for man power at critical large numbers of task... Then salary part is too worst... If you give 100% hardwork in your work, you will be getting salary hike like 1000 to 1500 only.. It's a good place for learning for 1 to 2 years only..

...o like. Business teams are leading here. Business teams behaves like dog to BCM. Only on time salary is good thing

No value for credit in specially West Bengal lending department.No support for credit department. Business team from zonal level forceful to Branch credit level. Even working on credit department you will feel like you are working on sales. Even credit manager gets pressure more than any sales manager. Credit Manager leaves office every day at 10pm and at month end 3am at night.Even works on Saturday and Sunday

Good work, company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Not all good experience it is mostly flirty all time if we are agree with tl then only it will give our increment neither they do nothing

It is good company for work. Good opportunity for ambitious persons for growth. Company prioritise the growth of it's internal employee rather hier a new employee. I recommend this company.

...essure is very high. Difficult to maintain balance between work - personal life. Do work even on Sundays without and compensation. There is no on job training for fresher which is a very week point.

There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.
