Lot of things Pls remove sales part from HDB it's credit oriented group where only making fun on the basis of sales performance throw hold files without knowing facts in this group sales person are fool only credit is good If credit is good then why set higher target for sales team

People are very rude .they will torture you until you left the company and manager are very unethical they don't know how to talk to their employees.

TSM considers itself god and pays salary from its own pocket. This issue is only in personal loan department but everything is good in other department of HDB and TSM ASM is very good.

Salry is very low for SALES MANAGER as compare to other NBFC's Hardly holidays are available Some time need to work on sundays also without any single holiday which is very worst

... required, even if you dont know what to do daily, you can work in this company. This is kind of government job with less salary and NO employee benefits. So you can enjoy your work and salary at the end of month. You have to build capacity to work Sales+Collection+InsuranceSales on the same profile. If you are very poor and family members are dying than you should join because you will die every single day in this job.

- HDB don't provide appraisal. So work only for incentive if you join. - This job is only for local village people or if you are getting your hometown so you can think long term carrier because there is no growth for your future but you will get your salary. - Diwali Bonus is ZERO (dont expect a Sweet Box) abd you have to pay to your team something from your pocket first. - If you are a sales manager that means you have to do collection also door to door, (13th to till last of month) they dont mention it before joining the company. This is a combine role. - You have to work 7 days a week, they will ask selfie on shop every sunday so that you can't take leave. - Leave Policy/Medical Policy/Claim Policy is just for name, you can not ask about it. - Notice Period is 3 Months and they dont provide FnF and relieving letter before 60 Days of your last working day. - As I mentioned, uneducated and poor background managers will daily abuse you in the morning and in the night for sales. - This job is for daily 12hours because they will start meeting sometime at 9 in the morning and you have to share report till 12 in the night.
