HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

Salary is vary vary low. It's a fully market base job but no convence provide by company, everything is yours. If you fail to get insensitive your take home will be 0. Sometimes you have to work on holidays also.

...have partiality ,increment level is very bad,during 3 years i havee got only Rs. 500 as incremental value added with my salary.some of telecallers earn incentive who have support by their supervisor or sales manager otherwise rest callers don't get incentive.salary is very low as per company product.There have more than 12-13product sold by us, but as per our work we don't get sufficient salary.

Compensation is decent.The work pressure are very good. I have to work 10-11 hours everyday.i attend client calls every day.manager support me every time.every time I will go customer office ,and every original docs osv and then collect .

Here employee groth very slow, Last 2years no any increment or promotion only one time salary has increased all employee same like one month old employees or 2year old employees
