compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high, sometimes,I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have attend client calls in the evening and some time s late into the night. manager's do not value an individual unique strengths,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.I do receive application emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on- job training for Freshers, hence senior folks like me have guide them step-by- stetp, which is a pain some times

Salary is waste waste and promotions also waste. If anyone join this first of all think u r a animal. Salary and respect both are waste. So, I recommend to anyone no need to join this company

Learning Purposes it is goood but not good life long time.

Everything 1 Salary structure 2 Leave not giving which is considered as Leave on system but if they mail " Tomorrow is normal working day " u must come to branch, Shame thing to work with them.

...ets and expectations. No proper alignment or policy of increment and promotions. They provide you way less compensation and expects to work all the days of month starting at 7 in the morning and ending at 10-11 at night (during the last days of month at times employee walks out of company at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning).

They give you salary on time and infrastructure is good.

People are very rude .they will torture you until you left the company and manager are very unethical they don't know how to talk to their employees.
