...ise from them. 2. Training was good and frankly ,job security was not stable. 3. Salary was very low and appraisal was also only 5-7% p.a. 4. Work environment was excellent and learning experience was very good but politics between employees and bosses was almost high. Overall experience was good. 4 stars are exact rating.

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

Working with HDB financial servirces is very good. I learned so many new things in banking

The one of the worst part is freshers salary package. Salary’s startup is very low in the industry. I requested you to please improve this

I was working in third party pay roll in Hdfc bank Ltd hdfc bank work culture was good but as third party staff promotion or bonus and increment was not good.

Salary was very lower and incremental, bonus or promotion is not sure and not confirmed yet.

Working Conditions are good,Face to Face interview selection procedure , Experience also needed. Job security is not as its a sales profile. Work pressure is also their.

...ait too long for pramotion due to very high competition and less requirements. Salary is average you don't get very well appraisal.
