HDFC Bank Home Loan Executive role helped a lot in my skills and knowledge development. I worked as a sales executive in the home loan department. During working days I got excellent work experience. Home loan login and process is very easy, convenient and fast process, In my experience customers are very happy and satisfied.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow

There is no career growth. Center HR has no experience for performance Improvement plan, also harrased a pregnent woman for job leaving in covid time. Aldo denied for maternity leave. after so many fight with regional HR got ML. Company attrition ratio is higher than other companies..

Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Dislikes

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Just people being a fresher or a 8yrs+ experience people are valued then also freshers are also get their valued getting less after their 1st increment (1-1.5yrs) after joining the company
