Low paid salary for ground level employee.. random corruption in system.. old corrupted employees are working in the system since decades without any major career goal. Outsiders are not encouraged.

Company is very ethical and process oriented. Job cukture is good and professional. Very reputed in matket also. Good brand name job stability.

Low salary package. No holidays in Month end even on festival holidays office gets open.

There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.
