...oyees work for the incentive only here, but the company is so many restrictions. It comes to salary. They give only 14 to 15,000 salary for the one month, When comes to incentive part, they give incentive, but every month they’re holding 10 to 15% from our salary If you work here continuously 12 months, then only they give the 10% holding of the salary in Q2. This is very terrible to work in HDBfinancial services. Be careful to join this institutions.

They are holding my nearly 70 to 80,000 incentive during the notice period and also they are not given me the annual bonus as well,

HDFC Bank Home Loan Executive role helped a lot in my skills and knowledge development. I worked as a sales executive in the home loan department. During working days I got excellent work experience. Home loan login and process is very easy, convenient and fast process, In my experience customers are very happy and satisfied.

No job security,Bosses on Payroll showing the threat of termination,absentism,marking absonding,too much work pressure with lots of curses and abuses in a louder tone from the boss.NO proper knowledge training (I got my first training after 6 mk months)

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
