...ets and expectations. No proper alignment or policy of increment and promotions. They provide you way less compensation and expects to work all the days of month starting at 7 in the morning and ending at 10-11 at night (during the last days of month at times employee walks out of company at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning).

They give you salary on time and infrastructure is good.

People are very rude .they will torture you until you left the company and manager are very unethical they don't know how to talk to their employees.

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

Get salary on time HR and higher authorities are good! Some TL's are very bad they do partiality on data stamping but another hand some are too good now depends on luck under whome we will handover.

Some TL's are very disappointing. They do partiality in data stamping to Telle callers due this TC's don't get their full ar desering incentive.

Our hdb finance company is good .. not delay for salary on time credit in account or salary is good with incentive

Hdb's senior employee is very bad and do missbehave.... so I'm not satisfied from our Kolkata hdb senior employee like supervisor team manager .....
