Very bad place to work full of exploitation, they pay low salary and get work on Sunday, holiday, every Saturday while 1st and 2nd Saturday are off every by company norms

There is not much for anything to dislike. There is only one point that required attraction, that is training. Training is required for middle and junior management to improve their work. Overall it is a good company to work

No co-operate from any seniors. Do self each and every thing. Sales and collection. Target pressure is 100 % but support is 0%. Work starting time is 8.00am ending time not fixed.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
