Company not provided proper training time to the employee

Dislikes

Not giving any preformance letter & warning letter hold salary of employee and at the time of the training of the start month pressurized the employee for resign from the current post.

There Caller should wait 5 to 6 yrs to get the promotion.salary package is very poor compared with market price.for TLs will never get promotion even work for a decades .4 Managers work there they think they are the center of the universe don't allow TLS to stand up for their decision. Worst management follows only the managers words.worst office politics.manager insult the TLs for they tell their point of view openly .managers need all there TLs to be puppet for them. totally useless company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair but they don't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

As Hdb is third party partner of HDFC bank . Thus there are chances of on roll job in HDFC bank after experience of 2-3 years from HDB Financial ltd. And you will also be able to earn a lot of incentive in this company depending on uour performance.

Dislikes

Basic salary is very low . And there is no tracking and data of incentive earned available to the employee.
