Earlier culture was good now a days everything has detoriated dustrically.there is no culture.only you work 24x7 and then don't expect anything.they are exploiting ground level employees on every aspects.and salary is much much less

None as of yet. Although less paperwork and moving towards a paperless, AI driven organisation will surely benifit company in long run. In addition to this, advanced softwares that are used in other NBFCs, if incorporated, would make HDB the first choice of employees.

NEED A PROPER TEAM FOR COLLECTION AND RELPL TELE-CALLING CAN BE SPARED FROM CD DPL OFFICERS. Incentive cuting,i did’t received my onam period incentive even after one month.this is a quite bad thing i felt in the company .i am totally disappointed.i worked so hard in those days for the company.it really sad.
