Super company and i have learned lot of skills in HDB ,But salary are very low and employment benefits are very low ,please improve employe packages ,and please taken referred existing employees with good packages ....Senior employes not very high in market so please take existing working in HDB employess

I never dislike anything it opportunity to work here but one thing I am saying is that salary is low please increase even minimum 15000 is good for employee to stand for his/her life.. Thank you

It's a very good company,salary is getting credited on time. 100 percent job security in any situation. Can earn very good incentives, good help n support from HR department.HDB gives me lot of.It was my first job but it was memorable

Internal promotion should be in the hands of HDB company on the basis of ratings n genuineness of the employee I worked with the company for approx 7 years but didn't got the chance of internal absorption in HDFC Bank rather I was having higher ratings every year

Teammate are supportive but management are not transparent. In this covid 19 situation HDB Financial Services Limited is heart me because in this situation the management pressure me for resignation. It's effected my life as well as my family. The management are too much unsupported.

In this company... There is a lot of politics I don't have ever seen. Salary credited is time to time, but management situations very pathetic.

...ASM SM is very anxiety for their promotions they dont bother about S.O or S.S.O. If you want a clear cut picuture go through Chilakaluripet SF in Consumer Durables after my resignation How many files are Done.
