Was allowed for work from home but later that forced to join back without any compensation.

Dislikes

No job security with horrible attitude from HR and the management even nil increament for managers citing illogical reasons. .

Likes

HCLTech provides good platform to perform. Good Training and employee benefits are good. Managers recognize the good work being done.

Dislikes

Salary and promotions were not upto to the market situations. Though the managers recognize the good work, it doesn't get translated to promotions and hikes much. Politics and favoritism prevalent on the promotions and hikes.

...e. Difficult to maintain work life balance as you always have something pending. Over all it is good place to work unless you are looking for a huge salary hike.

Dislikes

In monetary you may see lot of disparity in salary of people with same exp or same designation. If you are working for very long with HCL you may lose on monetary growth.

...ppy and company veey employee friendly and flexible and excellent job security.. they can improve employee pay packages.. otherthan that my company is awesome company to work long term.. thanks to HCL for giving me an excellent opportunity to work more than 12 years... All the best and would like to see the number 1 employer in near future..

...Infrastructure, Good Stable Company, good for the people who likes Job security! Salary is always on time, very good medical facilities and others employees' benefits. Overall, it is very nice company for sure!

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms of HR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain
