Salary compensation is worst.
Yearly increment is too much less, not even 10% of your previous annual CTC.
Company management is not good.
Growth opportunities are very limited.
There is learning as usual as other company..
I dont like anythink there except the dress culture

All organisations will make us do the extensive works but here..they are expecting us to work without pay...worst thing ever...
I never seen a work culture like this becoz...worst management ever.
...except for the knowledge u get that too forced on you in a short period of time. You may never get hike never get ur promised salary and a very big bad thing they expect people to work every day even in weekend in the name of production support and on top of exceeding our capacity they make u work 12hrs daily in the name sake of volume with out proper rest in the weekends. If quality suffers bcz of overwork they shame you if u focus on quality and loose target that too not normal more than 1 can do they again shame you in front of everyone. Been in this environment for only 5mnths but feels like years of suffering and they are normalizing this on daily basis as if its nothing. No proper organizing works no proper management or training yet they scold us as if we are the only one lagging in everything tho we spend hours of our blood and tears.

HCL gives you job security as compared to any other MNC and you will get salary hike every year depending upon your performance and skills.
Company culture is not too good and not to bad
Many of the projects may lead to work in totally Night shifts so HCL should have to provide both sides cabs because many of their employees are coming from very far.
HCL should work on their project managements.
