Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

... performance and they didn't appreciate it. They didn't give appraisal and hike. Even compensation Letter they didn't release. Hybrid not available,shift allowance not available. Detect epb from your payment scale.

Appraisal process is very bad. There is no standardisation of salary as per band, someone is getting 8 lacs on a position and another one is getting 18 lacs on the same position. Trainings are available, but managers ask to do work during the training, so can’t get proper knowledge.

Nothing as such to liked. As management is completely biased. HCL only tries to frustrate and take off your salary in every way possible.

Dislikes

Starting from HR to the manager, everyone is a lier and theft. They just blame you for something or the other and deduct your salary in every way possible. Don't fall for the trap of EPB bonus. How good you perform, your score and performance bonus will always be zero and deduct all the salary.

A lot of things….. almost everything including some management people, few policies, restrictions, rewards & compensation. It’s like a government company where nobody will listen about your problems/ issues.
