...at is the last good amount you see, you will never see a good hike or a hike. 3. No basic increase even if there is a hike in salary. 4. No value even you are billable, non-billable people like PMOs, Managers (of course), Admins will rule you. 5. PMOs doesn't mean they are project managers or some Certified, freshers or less experienced people than you will try to play with you, they are so much rude that you can't bear, for recruitments, and for your team needs you need to interact with these people and they show their attitude as if they are paying the salary. 6. You have to work for 9.30hrs

Salary, promotions are really poor. You can only take salary increment at the time of joining organisation.

The work balance is good..u get the time for ur own..and you can njoy working( dependent on you post and projecf you are deployed to)

I dislike is we dont get much perks here, no incentives, no growth, no hike, no bonus..you have to go behind the managers and ask for it..favouritism is prioritrized..no proper cafteria..no cab facility..drinking water smells sometimes..
