... Great work environment and culture. Excellent and transparent company policies. Paid good bonus and salary hike every year, especially during covid situation.

Dislikes

Experience with management may differ opinion about company. Career growth is too slow, but company provides great platform to develop through many learning platform. Internal management policies and lack of HR control on them make life worst if someone raises the complaint.

Management and promotions are based on favaourism and very poor in salary hike and mainly without discussion with employees management gives us performance rating and apart from work there is no other activity today like no outings team lunch and other fun activities

Job security is good here. Your process gets change only if you are unable to perform well in any manager expectations. Skill development totally depends on the team leader but I'm sure everyone can show off or polish their skills here.

...fe balance. HR is so rude when you asks for work from home in serious situation. Salary is too less for the work. Promotions are fixed even if you perform better you only get promoted after a certain time that also depend on your team lead likings.

Management will not care about your problems. Salary is low compared to competitors. They'll change your project at September and for year end rating they'll simply say we haven't got chance to fully understand your capabilities as you've recently joined in the project. Every year this loop continues. No matter how hard you work or how many appreciations you get from client. "The more number of days you're in the same LOB, the more rating you'll get." (This is the excuse I've got when I questioned about the rating, despite having multiple client appreciations). This demotivates for sure!
