Dislikes

Very Poor Compensation Structure, a bigger firm like this should concentrate on its employee Compensation Structure. People will leave 99% because of this reason only.

...g is changed every week or 2 times in a month. 3. Transport team is very bad. 4. HR said ask your questions but they guys have no answer about Appraisal or Salary increment/ promotion. 5. Appraisal is very bad like 1-5% only.

Changing domain a good idea?

I've got 5+ yrs of presales experience in Financial Services domain. Building more domain experience thru courses too. Working in latest tech - Cloud, GenAI etc. Got an offer in telecom, manufacturing - same presales role though with a decent hike. Also would be working in these techs only because this is the market now. Would changing the domain be a good idea now?
