No remuneration . Got promoted to management role, but salary not revised as per role. No opportunity for career growth and support for right salary, recognition. Always retaining as under paid.

Forget your annual appraisals, rewaŕds & recognitions and be prepared to get your monthly salary deducted on the name of EPB even if you have a top rating after joining HCL.

Salary, Career growth. Bringing Intermediate/12th class qualified people when there is so much unemployment in the market. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. Very unrealistic promises by Sales people to their customers.

It was a good company but it is no more. As a large company, it has projects to be placed. It would help if you had a proper network to be in projects. Too long on the bench might attract attraction for you.

Dislikes

Don't expect a Salary hike. Be happy with 1.5% to 5%. Only people with proper networks can get promotions. Management isn't that versatile. Work wise it is more of a service company with minimal innovation.

...en engage the employees. I hve never seen a worst HR team in any organization. No retention of the people, they just want freshers to be onboarded and they expect a fresher with 10000 salary to manage team, customer, escalations etc. They don't give training. All the freshers they onboard are really of no use as the communication is so pathetic.
