Appraisal cycle is on the toss. You will have sacrifices at least 6 to 9 months of bonus and variable pay every year. No compensation for 6 to 9 month is paid if you are position is manger and above.

Salary, Career growth. Bringing Intermediate/12th class qualified people when there is so much unemployment in the market. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. Very unrealistic promises by Sales people to their customers.

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

Good environment/office location across India and it is purely Government job with lot of internal team politics. If you not perform also no issue and you should be shoe licker.

Dislikes

No salary hike and purely management decision. If you are lucky , then max hike is 2% to 5% per annum . Majority time no hike at all more than 5 years for my team members!!
