...your future oryour work balance and they don't care about women safety either...they didn't provide cab for woman who is travelling 2 hours atleast and they are not willing to provide compensation for travelling either...finally they forcibly make you quit your job by making you write your own resignation by threatening you...most unethical behaviour ever in IT...no safety for women and no work respect and no reason for employee removal and no reason for employee who are in bench even though they were hired only a day ago

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.

Food available everytime in cafeteria. Outside view is good .

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.
