...s always starts at right time without even a single minute delay for whole year. Monthly salary always gets credited well by 30/31st. Finence service are good. Some of the admin depts are good. Transport facility is also good.

Dislikes

One of the worst Indian IT company in regrads to the yearly appisal system. RMs/ 2nd level reviewers are a helpless lot. Senior management does it at their whims with unrealistic recognisations to appease corporate. Sycophents and gangs has lot of scope to get undue credits. HR folks are absolutly useless and the worst lot in industry. Yearly PB is flatly deducted for 70% apprisees population up to 60-100% and hopelessly the 20% of CTC constitute one’s PB. Corporate is honking and always keep on pressing the management to cut the costs and in last 4yrs the environment has became very demoralising and sad place at work thruout the company. Other Admin and support departments are worst in industry like govt crrupt clerks. Freshers are offered megerly 1.8-2.20 L. To add to worst yearly increments are avarage (for 60% population) 0 to 1% or max 3-4% for rest. Will recomond not to join at this time.

HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

.... Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. Now they can't do anything they has to continue or else registration. 6. Year after year people have to work with the same salary because HCL has leap yearly salary incriminate policy.

We can learn some other skills via some platform like Percipio. This is an advantage.

Dislikes

Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.

They don’t provide you compensation on basic pay. They will increase your variable incomes like HRA and will keep the basic pay as it is. No promotion. HRs does not take responsibility for anything. Don’t work here if you want to live a stress free life.
