...e officer or CEO - CVK they will get good package leaving the developers inVain. The reason that they get good salary is because of developers they will not consider the developers. I don't why these people get such a huge salary. There is always a better person in the market than CVK or Chief people office. We need to replace with those people for the company to flourish and developers to flourish. Chief people office has stopped the Catalyst fund, when said this how they are going to giving good hike. Friends don't beleive white collars.

... get any leaves in next 4 months like these leaves are just not meant for us. 5. The bonus component of CTC would never be given to you 100% . They will give you 60-70% and if you ask what was wrong in my performance they wouldn’t give you any answers. 6. They think giving wfh would let them utilise the employees for the whole day. They literally kept the standup calls at 8:45am and our official shift starts at 9:30am

This review is only for HCL Software vertical. mostly I highly disappointed to work on HCL Software if some how I able to pay my EMI & food then i will definitely leave this organization Most of your senior will only always watching & finding your fault. Managers and team lead are worst person in commerce product, he can torture you like in hell, if you are not agree what his thoughts he will destroy you like anything. There are lot of people's are hired only for giving torture you. You have to work regular 9 hour wor and daily 4-5 hour extra hour is compulsory, if cleint meeting is there you have to work 24-7. The ever leading topic of notice period
I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa. I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only. Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now. Any suggestions?
