Before joining the HCL pls ask for salary structure and take home not saying about %of hike. Also here big problem is yearly hike so think and get it while joining based on your plan. Also worst in part of Career growth you will be 123 at the end of 5 years 123 only same no change including your salary... Especially worst part is no one will help you to change careers.

No career growth, No yearly hike, Whomever work at the end of the day you need to salary but problem yearly hike is 3.5 % but inflation is 10% no point on working for them... After I joined this organization I almost lost most of my savings.

Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.

Nothing good here, everything is bad apart from job security. No growth No hike , No work balance No support from senior's

...negative....HCLT or Wipro these companies are kind of Desi companies...if u r 3.1 + above band then 15-20 % salary they will make as bonus and wipe out

No salary increase from past 2 years, its luck for you if your manager hear your query, also 1-2 years of experience HR will be top of your head doesn't matter how much experienced you are

No remuneration . Got promoted to management role, but salary not revised as per role. No opportunity for career growth and support for right salary, recognition. Always retaining as under paid.

Job security, international client base, on-site, decent facilities in office, multiple technologies so you can move internally and learn.

Dislikes

Poor salary hike, people loyal to the company are under appreciated, no mechanism to match the salary of existing employees as per market standards no matter how skilled or certified we are. Lazy employees who are in good books with managers are not questioned leading to more workload on employees who are hard working. Regional politics and use of regional languages by senior management.
