Company has small projects and work pressure is comparatively low, but it has its cons as well

Dislikes

There is hardly any salary hike if you are promoted to next level. If you spend 7 years in the company and joined at salary of 5 lakh per annum for agent role and got promoted twice and became manager, your hiked salary will be max 7 lakhs after 7 or 8 years of work. So idea is to take maximum when you join and don't expect company to give you bumper hike during annual appraisals or promotions.

The appraisals n salary is like peanuts. So no matter the extra work u pick up or something new you want to do there is no proportional monetary benefits aligned with it n u just have to slog hard like a mule. So advisable to stay as back bencher with peanut salary. Else if u r good at flattery, sky is ur limit!

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.
