... profit they just buy new companies, mergers and acquisitions. Increment is nil. No promotions, no employee benifits or perks, they even recover the bonus that is given to the employees with some unrealistic performance bonus policies. On the whole, this company will not do anything to the employees.

... Annual Appraisal. Worst ever company I heard. I got 2nd rating in past 2 years. I got 1 Rs added in my monthly salary, I take this to HR, but HR's also don't care about this. Even i was getting very low salay.
