Their are internal training programs which can help you upskill. If your manager is supportive you can be internally moved to your desired team like Cloud etc Provide internal medical corporate services for uour family.

...stuck in their roles for many years without any hike. Very bad appraisal system. No bonus offered.

No work life balance , worst office environment I have came across, salary benefits are almost null , Moreover you can be a good politician working in HCL as there are humongous amount of office politics. Favouritism & discrimination is at his peaks , just dance on your managers tune and you are all set for HCL .

Every thing about HCLTech, I hate. whatever you take like salary, work culture, Senior's behaviour, Politics, Exploitation, Bonds are horrifying, HRs are very rude and they are biased

People can enroll for multiple courses and trainings. Time to time security awareness.

Very less chances to get promotion. Salary increament is very low. There are so many Policies but people are not clear about them. People don't recognize ur work.

The only thing good about this company is Job Security, rest everything is terrible.

...on the Higher management when they are interested in giving you the appraisal. The salary structure is insane, in the name of insurance they first add 50-60k in your CTC and also deduct 1500-2000 Rs when you add a dependent. I would not suggest anyone to join HCL. It simple a Higher Management Centric company and nothing else. Or if you're good in buttering you'll get good appraisals and promotion. Higher Management people do nothing and just want to go to abroad and people working under them are nothing to them.
