...ion management not cares of anything. It's a very poor decision to join HCLTech. No promotion no salary growth , In name of promotion they make acting SME and acting TL not on paper and no any salary growth. No extra activities and no new learnings.

I like only one thing that they are giving opportunity to the Fresher from any Educational background.

Dislikes

Most of the things like poor salary structure and strict shift timing and you have to stretch your work hour each and every day. You have to come to the office everyday but if you are not able to complete the given task as per the SLA because of the tools issues or anything related with system they provided they forced you to log in from home after your shift timing means need to stretch your work hour each and everyday.

I like the work culture and this is a best way to learn new things and grow your career, for starting career days it's a good company.

I have noticed tha salary structure is very low and u have to worry about your job security because of the laidoff.
