These modes together plays a significant role in a client's overall strategy. The current mode of work is hybrid and therefore employees have this flexibility to do WFH or WFO. Learning growth is depends on the employee, as company provides all necessity platforms for all kind of learnings.

Salary correction to the existing employee. If you stay, your salary remains as a fresher as over the period of time the freshers benchmark increases and the correction in percentage stays with similar outcome.

...path) . Promotion cycles are long and often hikes are very meagre in nature . The quantum of variable pay is not what it seems(often less than what you are entitled to !!!)

The learning curve is one of the best in the industry! Although that depends from team to team. I was a part of the marketing team which definately gave me diversified learning and opportunities!

...omises that they made during interview will never going to happen after joining. Like Hybrid, cab , salary offered Night shift is the worst shift and HCL didn’t give any leverage over it. Like Allowance
