...life balance, Client work needs to be delivered even after out of working hours. No transparency about salary or any other benefits which an employee is eligible. No promotions No hikes Yearly variable gets paid in the 15th month of annual cycle completion.

In this I worked for 2 years, with my past experiences what I observed is this is one of the worst organisation that won't give good salery but they will say they got very good projects and profits. Plz don't wast your career in these companies.simple it's better for newly joined below 5years.Plz don't wast your life by joining after 5years experience.

Most important is - Very bad salery hike and worst work culture and devlopment. - No work-life balance - No No No salery or your variable pay after dedicatedly working also.

With recent changed Management is encouraging people upskill and do certifications.

Recent EPB policy. Because of this implementation hardly 1 or 2 members in team will get 100% variable pay and most of the other team members will get 50-80%. you can rarely expect any promotions / Appraisals or team bonding activities.

In my project. Learning is good, Work Life balance is good. So I am satisfied for now. It all depends on project with which you are aligned with

Appraisal is not good. I got Top Ratings for 2 years but getting 5% hike. But my package is already on higher side may be that is the reason but still 5 % is below avg hike for top performer. But I believe in work and learning so I am getting enough of that

Overall its well company. You can work for as many years as you want. Basically, in MNC company, work life balance depends on project where we work. For my project, work with NCR as client is well.

...onsidered much in MNCs. How much max you perform, you do receive max as 8% hike. Of course, basically it depends the salary we have and in which position we are.
