Suggest how to switch support to MERN
Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.

They Don't follow their own policies. Ex: Apprisal Year is April to March, Compensation hike as per policy will be in July, but the letter will be released in October. So they manage 2 quarter's.

Salary, Career growth. Bringing Intermediate/12th class qualified people when there is so much unemployment in the market. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. Very unrealistic promises by Sales people to their customers.

Mgmt feel like gods of Society, Do good things for tax exemptions

...oyees, No Canteen Cards for Tax exemption, Govt limit and pushed on Govt darely. We pay double tax for Giving out blood and Handling clients with burning hands. No less than Military of 1962

...lary hike is nominal... i worked for an year and 2 months ...never got any hike. Don't know if i will ever get the variable pay...which i should get as i have served the company more than a yr , but there are some hidden points ...you never know. Connect with me for details.

Dislikes

Almost everything. Micromanagement, salary deduction in the name of EPB, no work-life balance, highly useless management without proper communication skills, unrealistic targets, disrespect towards employees are some of them. Not worth working here. Not a nice work culture to talk about.
