Bias, no skill development, zero salary growth, ijp is for those who praise manager top to bottom most ijp is open for Lucknow office. And if manager ego hurts they will refer you to HR for warning letter.

Joining salary is very good You get to learn and gain cloud certification

No segregation of work as per ITIL practices and that increases lot of work when everything is clubbed into 1 team to manage end to end services. No clear guidelines on appraisal Difficult to find any documentation or SOP's

...management doesn't address our issues. They are too lenient with their policies. Salary is quite less and a slow pace career growth. They put you in a 1 year provision and their Background verification process is again the big pain. HCL Technologies at Lucknow location is not an employee centric company and working there is no less than a nightmare.

...I will suggest them first get a experience in any other for atleast 6 months . So you can stay in hcl for a long period of time with a higher salary . Also in long run you will get alot of opportunities for a promotion

...e in volunteer but come after employees problems reported via managers alone.... Never consider seniors but someone will come from somewhere they will be senior occupation and their pay scale is higher than us... Which way it's just....money changed, GST introduced but Pascale for tenured employees not raised instead new joinees get those.... Is this right??? Or wrong think... Are you happy about my feedback...
