Everything is just amazing about HCL

Salary and increament is pathetic. If your income sources are multiple then you can surely survive here for 10-20 years but if the main source of income in your family is you then please don't consider HCL from a long term stay perspective.

They give good salary package for experienced person but after joining the company they don’t give hike.

Worst company to work as there is no work culture, lot of politics, managers praise those who has good PR with them. They don’t do good appraisals. Long notice period of 3 months. No job security as HR is just a puppet of operations.

...re lieing and giving false promises. Not keeping their words, No proper support. No hike, when you ask for promotion they are pointing out fingers at someone else, immediate supervisor is not guaging our work, they are believing wat they are assuming. Totally no professional ethics.

Joining salary is very good You get to learn and gain cloud certification

Dislikes

No segregation of work as per ITIL practices and that increases lot of work when everything is clubbed into 1 team to manage end to end services. No clear guidelines on appraisal Difficult to find any documentation or SOP's

In 14 yrs experience first time I found that while leaving HCL you need to pay in the name of performance bonus which HCL pays to its employees. In professional world nothing comes for free... If you pay to the employees are also delivering.. this is a harrasment...
