If you come inside this company please don't expect any salary increase and career growth ever. Their variable is the biggest scam and everytime you receive the very little hike most of it goes into variable and they always reduce the variable and you end up with reduced salary. Hardwork and slogging is nothing but a waste of time and energy. Be ready to work here only if you are ok with no salary increase and want a comfortable environment with no growth.

...s no sick /medical leave roars the sick mentality of the organisational culture. All they care is we paying you salary to work so do that until you alive and are employed with us. They don’t even have bereavement leave, which reiterates their care free and zero compassionate attitude.

It's a good company to learn and gain insights. But they won't let your salary grow and you have to keep hustling more even in the same pay. Not so large presence else where to let you join in a different location

No hike even after working double than what you could. You'd realize the hikes are quite late and hold no value

it is excellent to work with HCL Technologies, all are co-operative and every awesome colleague and excellent environment to work, again more knowledge and updated.

little bit upset with Salary hike as I used to work for HCL through complete dedication and any time support.

Management prioritise mutual growth of both employees and organisation. Job security is really good.

Dislikes

Appraisals and compensation could have been better. Notice period is 90 days and policy not flexible to reduce the notice period. Benefits to employees need to be improved.
