Hcl hires Desktop support engineer As a third party. No company facilities provided to engineer.like holiday ,bonus etc. They take work 9 hours. Engineer work in night shift , without any allowance or benifit. Good opportunity for freshers. 6 working days.

...rd party to engineer. 6 working days . They give no allowence in night shift. Salary of desktop engineer is 10k - 14k. If you are on leave , Salary will be cut per leave.

Food available everytime in cafeteria. Outside view is good .

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.

Nothing good here, everything is bad apart from job security. No growth No hike , No work balance No support from senior's

No remuneration . Got promoted to management role, but salary not revised as per role. No opportunity for career growth and support for right salary, recognition. Always retaining as under paid.
